About Linda McCullough

In 1984 Linda earned the degree of Bachelor of Arts, Wiliam Paterson College, Wayne, NJ, certified in Education to teach grades K-8 with a special endorsement in early childhood education. In addition, graduated "Cum Laude".

1986 earned Real Estate Sales Person License and managed a small real estate office in 1987. Linda earned a Real Estate Brokers License in NJ & NY in 1989. She joined RE/MAX , the "Above the Crowd" organization in 1992.
In 1994 Linda completed a three course series towards GRI & earned the Certified Residential Sales Specialist in 1996. In 1998 she joined the Employee Relocation Council.

Linda Created Partners In Success consisting of two top producing agents and two Administrative Assistants in 1999.

In 2000 she opened the doors to RE/MAX Partners In Success as Broker/Owner- added 3 agents to her team.

She joined the Real Estate Brokerage Managers Council, an affiliate of the National Association of Realtors in 2001.

Refocused her efforts to continue marketing and selling real estate with her Team as a Broker Associate in 2003. A new owner absorbed the responsibilities of ownership and the same Team operates under the new name, RE/MAX Properties Unlimited. Properties Unlimited is the world's largest RE/MAX franchise by number of offices, which means even greater support services for the agents, staff and you, the client.


To earn a designation, a REALTOR® a real estate agent has taken coursework and demonstrated specific skills, performance and knowledge in a particular area of the real estate industry


A REALTOR® is a member of the National Association of REALTORS® and subscribes to its strict Code of Ethics.

Code of Ethics

The Code establishes time-honored and baseline principles that come from the collective experiences of REALTORS® since the Code of Ethics was first established in 1913. Those principles can be loosely defined as:

Loyalty to clients;

Fiduciary (legal) duty to clients;

Cooperation with competitors;

Truthfulness in statements and advertising; and non-interference in exclusive relationships that other REALTORS® have with their clients.
